Just a heads up to all...
Yesterday I installed Zorin 12.4 Core in its 32-bit guise.
Target system was a circa 2005 model Dell 6400 laptop, a very good little unit for its day but not equipped with a 64 bit CPU.
Anyway, the installation failed for several pages of reasons, some of which went by too fast for me to read and retain. Nor am I motivated to debug a crashed OS install right now.
This morning I went with Linux Mnt 19.1 "Tessa" in 32-bit form and it installed on the very same laptop without so much as a murmur of discontent.
As I write this it is running like a Champ.
