3d software plugin

I am modding Empire total war /Napoleon Total War & Shogun total war 2 I was wondering if someone would create a variant part mesh plugin(s) conversion for Milkshape . (or any other soft)
So far I can deal with variant_weighted_mesh ...........
I work with milkshape or Uu3d
the main problem is with variant_part mesh

I still need a programmer ; if some one is interested I am ready to sponsor the plugin converter
